or our Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
What data do we collect and how do we use it?
Catto International collects and processes information about you in order to:
(i) identify you each time you visit a Web Site or wish to have a Service provided;
(ii) process job applications, Curriculum Vitae submitted by you;
(iii) improve our Services and Web Sites
(iv) Customise your experience, for example, provide job offers that we think are
relevant to you or candidates who work in your profession;
(v) carry out research on the demographics, interests and behaviour of all of our
customers; and
(vi) send you information we think you may find useful, including information about
new Catto International seminars, job offers/availability and services.

Log files/IP addresses
When you visit our Web Sites, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address
which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised
by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our Web Sites

Non personal information

It is very important to us that we provide you with the highest level of service.

Security
Catto International places a great importance on the security of all information
associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to
protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer data under our control.
For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced
as necessary and only authorised personnel have access to user information. With
regard to our Web Sites, we do not store your Curriculum Vitae on the site and all
information stored is encrypted. We use a seperate internal database from
our website to secure your data and if you wish to send us your Curriculum Vitae
using the site then these details are stored in a secured location and are removed
on a regular basis. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration
of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.
Email
One can request to be removed from our mailing lists by sending us an email with
'Unsubscribe me' in the subject header. Please use the same email address from which
you received any correspondence from us. We pledge to remove any requests within
three business days upon verification of the request. We have a strong policy
of keeping our mailing lists to a minimum and would be happy to hear from you if
you wish to remain on our list but have particular job requirements you are interested
in.
Where is the information stored?
Information which you submit via our Web Sites or our telephone services is stored
on a computer located in the European Economic Area. This is necessary in
order to process the information and to send you any information you have requested.
Information submitted by you may be transferred by us to our other offices and to
